Super easy to work with! Office staff and dental staff are helpful when answering questions, checking insurance etc. Definitely recommend!

Never been a fan of any sort of dental work but Dr lipton did an amazing job with multiple extractions all healed well and barley any pain after of them they do a great job at this office all very friendly and professional staff

I would give Dr Lipton a zero if I could. He knocked out a good tooth when he was performing an extraction on another tooth. It was the most painful extraction I've ever had in my life and took 8 months for the swelling to subside. I later found out the tooth that he extracted didn't need to be. A total nightmare!!!

The reminder text should have the address listed on it, especially since you know you have more than one office. If you require a person to stay in the office, you may want to consider having side tables available with magazines or just to be able to put something down on. You may also want to consider having a television for the person waiting. I don't want to hear your music playing just as well as you don't want to hear my cell phone. It shouldn't be a problem to have a cup of water warmed up. Lastly, not every staff person was the nicest. Maybe one of the doctors should call in and act like a patient and ask questions to see how they answer questions. Even the reminder call wasn't very pleasant.

Dr. Lipton and his team are truly amazing! They say doctors make the worst patients, and dental personnel do too. Having worked in dental for years, suddenly needing a front tooth removed made me an anxious mess. Dr. Lipton and his entire staff were patient, reassuring, and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. One of the indicators of a good dentist is how long his staff has been with him, and many of Dr. Lipton’s team members have been there for years. I cannot recommend their office highly enough!

Had my implant consultation today and I feel very confident in Dr. Lipton and his staff! The office was clean, on time, and everyone I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Grateful to have found this office!

Dr Lipton lacks respect and is extremely difficult to work with. He’s very condescending and will manipulate you into getting procedures that aren’t medically necessary to make a quick buck. And to make matters worse he refuses to submit the proper paperwork for claims. He turned a 30 day process into a 60 day process. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I had a surgery done at Dr. Lipton’s office, I was very nervous as I get anxious with any type of procedure. However, Dr. Lipton and his staff were so kind and made me feel comfortable which really helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. Lipton was so patient and gentle to ensure I felt safe and taken care of. I can not thank him enough for his kindness. Everyone in the office is committed to patient care and makes your comfort their #1 priority! Thank you Michigan Dental Specialists!
